I am with RBC, they are super old school and unlike in Europe with N26 or Revolut it’s a brick and mortar bank and they are a pain to deal with, so I don’t recommend it. But, you won’t be able to create an account with Tangerine (and some other online banks like EQ) until you have a BC government-issued ID.
